Responsibilities are :
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Create prototypes for new product ideas wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas, and should be able to create graphics + banners + icons for the layouts and for brand communication
- Plan and implement new designs
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Optimize existing user interface designs
- Test for intuitivity and experience
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
- Test new ideas before implementing
- Conduct ongoing user research
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Required Candidate profile
- UI/Graphics Designer requirements and qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a UI Designer & Graphics Designer
- Demonstrable UI & Graphics design skills with a strong portfolio
- Bachelors degree in relevant field
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps and graphics (banners, social posts, etc.)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented, Critical thinker
