Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifying new Sales leads, new markets and customers.
- Meeting clients on regular basis
- Arrange meetings and meet with prospective clients
- Promote the company services addressing or predicting client objectives
- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets for our services
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales service support
- Contacting potential clients vis email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Attending conferences , meetings, and industry events
- Organizing trade fairs and exhibitions and Seminars and doing work at micro level
- Preparing power point presentations about the services we offer and presenting to the clients developing sales goals and ensuring they are met
- Doing daily 5visits to customers,sales tour to capture more areas nearby and reach to clients
- Making new dealers/ Channel partners/ OEMs and service partners
- Daily reporting Seniors , and also daily submitting expenses ,calling all the leads and converting them into prospects,
- Negotiation meetings , closing meetings, understanding the customer concerns and fetching them with appropriate information so that they close the deals , handling customer queries, complaints and doing proper follow-ups without missing a single customer
- Maintaining proper data of each client ,
- Making minimum 4 repetitive visits on each hot , prospects clients
- Regularly upgrading sales skills by watching sales techniques enhancing videos, reading books related to sales etc
- Bike & laptop is compulsory
- Responsible for dispatches
- Prepare and Submit quotations and Performa Invoices as per customer requirements
- Calling customers doing regular follow-ups
- Handling customer complaints
- Doing market research for new products
- Preparing Power point presentations as and when required
- Daily reporting to Seniors
- Responsible for backend Sales
- Attending all incoming calls and managing Digital marketing Inward inquiries
