Business development Manager
  1. To understand customer requirements, Network Infrastructure and Propose
  2. Cyber Security Solutions and Services to enterprise accounts.
  3. Maintains full accountability for assigned accounts and serve as customers
  4. trusted advisor and advocate, maintaining a high level of customer
  5. satisfaction and protecting the interests of both the customer and Rubik.
  6. Maximizes opportunities by driving the customer planning process, building strategies that deliver balanced growth, continued account penetration, and customer satisfaction, and developing forecasts based on short and longer term growth.
  7. Maintains long term strategic partnerships at the executive level by ensuring
  8. that key executives clearly understand how Rubiks solutions meet their
  9. business needs. Serves as key client contact for all customers.
  10. Conducts short and long term strategic account planning to enhance the
  11. quality of the sales pipeline, accelerate and maximize revenue generation
  12. and, as a trusted advisor, improve the customer buying experience.
  13. Identifying New Clients and managing the existing End customers.
Skill Set Required: 
  1. Able to fix appointments with CIOs, CISO and CXOs and perseverant through in achieving the task and goal
  2. End Customer account planning / mapping / solution or Product positioning /
  3. commercial negotiation / presenting to CIOs / CXOs
  4. Understand the pain points of customer and identify / qualify the customer
  5. requirement in projecting the funnel
  6. Technology knowledge on security and IT industry
  7. Good communication ( Written / Spoken ) with good body language and
  8. personality
  9. Able to achieve targets under pressure and balance personal life
