- Should be able to handle end to end IT and Non IT recruitment (hiring in bulk)
- Responsible to ensure hiring against approved manpower requisition within set lead time.
- Use Internal hiring tools like Employee Reference, Internal Job Posting and Internal Transfer & External hiring tools like Job portals, Print Advertisement and HR consultancies
- Developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Conduct initial HR interview round for Jr. Level.
- Involved in End to End Recruitment and Background verification of Candidate
- Exploring alternate channels of hiring to ensure achievement of hiring TAT.
- Initiating, managing & delivering various recruitment reports, analysis and dashboards on a periodic basis.
- Periodic updation of career websites / pages with real time positions.
- The above role is 80% recruitment+20% generalist.
