- To Certify the following so far as the Insurance Business of the Region is concerned:
- To Certain that every branch is activated with Insurance Business every month.
- To motivate the staff of every branch about the Insurance Business by either personally visiting the branches or by telephone.
- Branch Wise and Field Target is obtained Month on Month.
- To Certify the awareness level of Insurance Products and procedures amongst the branches by One to One Training to Branch Staff.
- To Certain that all issues pertaining to Insurance Business are resolved in the minimum time.
