Responsibilities and Duties
- Define and implement a strategic sales approach with particular focus on major automotive tier 1 and tier 2 & other sectors too
- Particular focus on major automotive tier 1 and tier 2, Electronics & Electrical
- Vast and Extensive knowledge related to Automotive Sealing Business.
- Revenue Target achievement
- Handling Sales related to all the leading Auto parts manufacturing machinery
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
- Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
- Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
- Lead/support renewal negotiations with key accounts, end users and our channel partners.
- Establishing realistic sales plans (OP) for the next business year, and re-assessing the sales situation for the current business year.
- Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates high performance among-st team members; imparting continuous on-job training to accomplish greater operational efficiency
- Monitoring and achieving targets with respect to key business indicators like Sales Volume, Sales Price Level, and Profit analysis
