Role & Responsibility
- Acting as the bridge between customers and buyers
- Understanding the needs of customers through direct interaction / observation on the store floor & interaction with the sales staff, then communicating with the buyer
- Ensuring what buyers are providing is up to mark in quality thus maintaining the BRAND IMAGE
- Daily review of whats sold & if required making available & other analysis including season planning
- Getting customer specific needs fulfilled by taking orders
- Resolving the customer complaints of products purchased
- Bringing Visual Display (including show window ) up to date at all showrooms
- Product knowledge & training to sales team

- Ability to Study & analyze data
- Ability to understand what will appeal to customers
- Confidence & Clarity in communication
- Proficient in Excel & ERP software
- Creative flair
- Willingness to interact with the customers on shop floors
- Ability to Travel to outstation locations
