IBM is looking for’Technical Support Engineer'for Dalian location with in experience windows, linx and good communication in english language.
Responsibility & Skill:
- Candidate can have technical support to employees for internal desktop systems software and hardware.
- It's Installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues in a heterogeneous environment.
- It's maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment.
- Technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
- Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
- Good knowledge in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
- Remote Support Engineer is responsible for the remote deployment of apps - technical delivery.
Desired Skill:
- At least 2 years experience in Windows, Linux, MS Office etc.
- Knowledgeable in technical troubleshooting specifically in Windows,linx related technologies.
- English : Excellent
