Job Description

• Drafting/Vetting reply to consumer complaints
• Drafting/Vetting reply to legal notices received from consumers
• Preparing reports for Senior Management about progress of matters.
• Coordination with lawyers.
• Drafting/vetting of Lease Deeds.
• Due Diligence of Property matters.
• Consumer complaints Management.
• Dealer Management issues like drafting Letter of intent, issuing Show Cause Notices/Termination Letters etc.
