Responsibilities:
- Exercises sound judgment and technical expertise and effectively organizes resources to achieve objectives
- Designs solutions and strategies to deliver the best possible financial outcomes for the company, based on the companys approach to risk and reward
- Effectively organizes and manages areas of responsibility, including people management, to achieve high-performance levels, measured by customer satisfaction, strong internal controls, and employee feedback
- Create strong and effective relationships with the team, peers, colleagues, customers, and senior management to drive successful outcomes through effective collaboration and engagement.
- Proactively applies knowledge and experience to inform business decision-making, resolve business process issues, promote best practice and continuous improvement initiatives, and identify proposals to address complex or high-risk issues for senior management approval
- Control problems are always promptly addressed and communicated through suitable channels to highlight and address significant financial or business risks
- Good experience in concepts in finance and accounting
