Job Responsibilities : 
  1. Lead generation via online forums, social networks, Follow ups, discussion with offshore clients,
  2. Writing proposals, RFP, RFI responses for services and clients
  3. Follow up via email, calls and understand client requirements
  4. Communicate project status and deliverables with managers and clients
  5. Cold calling targeted clients for generating leads
  6. Prepare Reports
  7. Have excellent communication skills and good knowledge of IT industry.
  8. Make telephone calls to prospects
  9. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
  10. Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis.
  11. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients requirements of products and services.
  12. Maintain confidentiality
  13. Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times
  14. Set up meetings and Interact with customers of our sales executives.
  15. Develop excellent rapport with customers.
  16. Cater to individual clients while trying to generate new business and clients for the organization.
  17. Suggest innovative ways of bringing about excellent customer service for individual/all clients.

  1. Good understanding of social networks like LinkedIn, Quora, and Online groups,
  2. Familiar with posting in web forums
  3. Excellent communication skills and Convincing Power.
  4. Experience in handling domestic & international clients
