We are looking for an experienced and motivated lead web developer who will be responsible for managing a team of developers in creating, maintaining, and updating our website.
To be successful in this position you will be required to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the industrys best practices and evidence a professional track record of effective technical management, information analysis, and a thorough understanding of web and mobile application technologies.
Responsibilities
  1. Creating websites and feature enhancements using advanced web technologies
  2. Working closely with web designers and programmers to produce the website.
  3. Analyzing business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
  4. Researching different software programs and maintaining software documentation
  5. Implementing contingency plans in case the website goes down.
  6. Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built.
  7. Managing the IT team by training and coaching members.
  8. Identifying problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
Required Candidate profile
Ideal candidate:-
  1. Should have good hands-on experience of web technologies e.g HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, PHP, MYSQL, JavaScript, Ajax, Ext JS, React JS, Code Igniter
  2. Should have development experience of medium to large scale web development projects.
  3. Experience in handling a team of 3-5 members.
  4. Zoho applications experience will be an added advantage.
  5. Mobile application development experience will be an added advantage.
  6. Should have the ability to multitask with strict time constraints, budgets and business goals.
  7. trong communication skills.
  8. Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization.
