Key Responsibilities:
- Making a thought leadership position by building contemporary articles on banking or by being a speaker at leadership forums on contemporary banking topics
- Recruiting bright and talented individuals who can adapt to the rigors of consulting and making a good execution capability in the practice
- Interacting with multiple advisory practices to develop cross-selling opportunities and upsell firms branding
- Delivering expected profitably from the practice by placing a sharp focus on the utilization of the staff and the recovery of the projects
- Making client relationships and active marketing efforts
- Prospect for new business by using the client relationships, getting an active handle on regulation to drive business opportunities on a pro-active basis
- Managing the portion of books and clients with the director or managing director which includes support in business development, account management, effective quality delivery, managing the project delivery and quality, etc
- Candidates should have good knowledge of the core banking system, electronic payment channels, and processes
- Candidates have 2-10 years experience of in internal audit and risk advisory firms in the financial services domain
- Candidates should have 2-10 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in internal audit, operational risk management, consulting, advisory, and or industry
- Excellent presentation, communication, and time management skills
- Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment required
- Proven execution skills with a sharp focus on the quality of deliverables
- Able to maintain a professional demeanor in times of high stress. Work well in a team-oriented
- Demonstrates creative thinking and rigorous analysis in solving a business problem
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications
- Proven business development skills with the ability to procure new business
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, project management client relationship skills
- Well-versed in current trends and development across the insurance industry
- Understanding the clients requirements and writing clear client proposals that articulate the specialized domain skills
- Able to multi-task and travel as necessary to meet client needs
- Identify deep relationships with clients personnel by understanding client perspective
- Spearhead internal client-facing teams and guide them on solutions delivery. independently lead multiple engagements
- Help the team member of developing technical and professional competency. coach train and support consultants in the team
- Constantly monitor project progress manage risk and verify key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes, participate in sales, and support business development initiative
