Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned
  2. Analyzing living systems and offering new ideas for improvement
  3. Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible
  4. Collaborating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events
  5. Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required
  6. Upholding the good name of the company at all times
  7. Writing a test or submitting to some other form of evaluation at the end of the graduate program.
  8. Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members
  9. Bringing positive energy into the company, and forming lasting professional relationships with staff
  10. Conducting research and helping the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible
Requirements:
  1. Should have a Degree in the relevant field
  2. Should have Previous work experience is not necessary, but may be advantageous
  3. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow
  5. Should have good problem-solving skills
  6. Should have interpersonal skills
