Requirements:
- Closely with ERP system and data analysis tools
- Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Should be an expert in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPointShould have good knowledge of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent experience in key account management, preferably in the manufacturing or production industry
- Should have strong negotiation and communication skills

- Recognize opportunities for revenue growth and expansion with living accounts
- Account reconciliations and settlements with the customers
- Make and maintain strong relationships with independent customer key accounts
- Should have good customer needs and proactively address their points
- Participate in forecasting and planning activities to support the overall business strategy
- Certain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams, including finance and operations, to certain the successful execution of customer orders and projects
- Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with customers
