Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  2. Drive improvement and efficiencies within the company and identify opportunities to meet the increased needs of the company
  3. Follow up on leads whilst given ongoing guidance and advice
  4. Obtain excellent customer services by proactive responding to client questions and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs
  5. Managing and responding to inbound leads via telephone and emails
  6. Responding to inquiries using pre-set business templates
  7. Given a good and neutral evaluation of a candidates profiles
  8. Given a personal global career strategy customized to their needs
  9. Advice on the overseas option available so as to enable the candidates and their family make an educated choice and the right decision
  10. Must be able to give adequate information and offer solutions where necessary
  11. Close contract with the clients
