Responsibilities:
- Respond to service requests from his teammates and give timely solutions
- Classify and source talented service engineers to be a part of the team to achieve targets in allocated territories
- Managing installations service requests and De Installation and Inventory allocation to ensure timely Installation and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on the latest POS technologies
- Being self-motivated and showing passion to grow in the organization and ensuring effective performance from his team
- Work with other departments to ensure that POS systems installations are complete and area go with merchant readiness
Requirements:
- Closely with multiple payment methods and transaction processes, such as credit cards, mobile payments, QR transactions,s and EMV standards
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems utilizing diagnostuc tools
- Resolving technical problems effectively
- Ability to work independently and make high-performance teams effectively in a dynamic
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong knowledge of payment POS devices, including hardware components, software
- applications, and communication protocols
- Proven experience as a field service engineer or a similar role, preferably in the payment
- POS devises industry.
