- Ensuring the store is well maintained.
- Handling come-in customers in stores, showing them jewelry
- Should be responsible for Invoicing customer purchases, and handling returns and exchanges
- Setting up and taking down a store display
- Packing and shipping customer orders
- Providing updates to online customers via phone and WhatsappMaintaining store inventory
- Ability to communicate confidently, effectively, and appropriately with third parties, wider team & senior management
- Proficiency in Excel is a must
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Prior experience is a plus
- A self-starter with a drive to learn
- Should have good communication skills both in English and HindiShould have good problem-solving skills
