Roles and Responsibilities
- Should be responsible for preparing and filing Corporate Tax Return of Companies
- Responsibility for keeping track of Law changes to ensure necessary impacts are analyzed and necessary compliances are done
- Should have the ability to do the analysis between the data sets (reports) to draw the desired results (summary of analysis)
- Collaborate with teams and Internal and external stakeholders within Oracle to gather required supporting documentation for giving data support in filing of Tax audit reports and Transfer pricing report
- Handling audit queries from auditors during Statutory audits, Tax Audit, or Transfer pricing report filing
- Assistance in Filing of Form 15CA/15CB for foreign remittances
- Responsible for end-to-end WHT Compliances i.e. Payment of WHT, Filing of WHT returns (Form 26Q and Form 27Q), Issuance of WHT Certificates, Handling audit queries and vendor queries
- Giving data support during assessments, appeals, and litigation
- Ability to Design and prepare PowerPoint presentations for the Management/Auditors for discussion
- Should have solid written and verbal communication skills, including senior executive engagement
- Extensive-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Should have problem-solving, the ability to analyze complex data
- Should have a strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a geographically dispersed working environment
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and related business analysis tools
- Should have the ability to facilitate brainstorming discussions, gather and document inputs from business and SMEs
