Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preserve and administer computer networks, hardware, systems software, and applications.
- Give technical support including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Conduct product demonstrations, train end users, and develop customized reports and saved searches.
- Evolve functional design documents based on client requirements and make next-generation ERP and SCM module solutions.
