Responsibilities:

Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase.
Offer ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle WMS Cloud, addressing issues, applying updates, and optimizing performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle WMS Cloud features and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations to clients or the organization.
Document all system configurations, processes, and changes for reference and knowledge sharing.
Gather and analyze warehouse management requirements from clients or internal stakeholders.
Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring a seamless transition to newer versions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, and operations, to integrate WMS Cloud with existing systems and processes.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase.
Provide end-user training to ensure smooth adoption and effective utilization of the WMS Cloud system.
Design and configure Oracle WMS Cloud solutions based on business needs and best practices.
Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements as needed.

Requirements:

Should have proven experience with Oracle WMS Cloud implementation, configuration, and support.
Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to address complex business requirements.
Should have Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Should have Certification in Oracle Cloud or WMS Cloud would be a plus.
Knowledge of warehouse management processes, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
Should be familiar with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and integration capabilities.
Should have good ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
1-2 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle WMS Cloud.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Proven track record in system implementation for Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud
