Roles and Responsibilities
  1. The development, testing, support of new and amended programs from supplied specifications in accordance with agreed standards
  2. Identification of problems and remedial actions.
  3. Provision of support services.
  4. Specification, code development, fixing, testing with some supervision.
  5. Documentation of all work according to agreed standards.
  6. Participate in requirements analysis
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
  8. Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
  9. Test and deploy applications and systems
  10. Revise, update, refactor and debug code
  11. Improve existing software
  12. Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  13. Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
  14. Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
  15. Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
  16. Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
  17. Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
  18. Understanding of Agile methodologies
  19. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  20. Attention to detail
