Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Manage our Upwork, Guru, and other relevant online profiles.
- Quality project selection and bidding on UpWork & Guru etc.
- Promote the company products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new customers.
- Speak to customers, via Email, Skype, or Teams
- Gain an understanding of customers diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
- Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers systems and processes, and then documenting them
- Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers
- Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature
- Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology
- Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports, and supporting literature
- Manage workload in order to organize and priorities daily and weekly goals
- Meet sales targets set by management.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales manager, or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Market knowledge and must have presentation skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Must have experience in web and Windows-based applications in acquisition & closing
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with lead generation and prospective lead management in Bidding Platforms.
- Lead generation through LinkedIn, database i.e. Zoom Info, Data.com, and other
- social networks.
- Highly focus on the ability to meet sales targets.
- Any Degree with 10+ Years in Business Development Roles or IT Sales roles.
- Any Graduate (Preferably MBA).
- Must have the ability to prospect, qualify, and capture new business opportunities.
- Technically sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
- Formal presentation skills.
- High Focus with the ability to meet sales targets.
